Every order helps support an independent artist and the creation of future collections.

Many of our pieces are made to order or produced in small batches to reduce waste and maintain quality. Because of this, processing times may be longer than those of large retailers.

Processing Time

• Apparel: 3–7 business days
• Art prints and select items: 5–10 business days
• Original artwork: Ships within 7–14 business days unless otherwise noted

Estimated Shipping

• United States: 3–7 business days
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Please note that customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays may extend delivery times.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

Address Changes
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

We want you to love your order. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
• Apparel must include original tags and packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase.

Because many NOYRALAND products are created through made-to-order and print-on-demand production, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, changes of mind, or buyer’s remorse on these items.

We encourage customers to carefully review size guides and product details before placing an order.

How to Request a Return

Please include your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your request.

Returns must be approved before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Approved returns should be shipped to the return address provided with your return instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can review and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for returns:

• Made-to-order apparel and print-on-demand products (unless defective or incorrect)
• Original artwork and commissioned pieces
• Personalized or custom products
• Sale items
• Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
